Using technology to be kinder to people

June Research News is now out
and if you are interested in what people think the future holds for market research there is plenty for you.

I have to admit, I didn’t get into marketing and market research to understand too far into the future; more what we can learn now to help shape what we should do next month! But the question remains, ‘What will we all be doing in 20 years time?’

This creates many more questions in my mind…

What part of business and government will own research in 20 years time? Will there be professional researchers? Will there be marketing scientists? Will there be insight managers within organisations acting as advocates for quality and protectors of information? Will there be surveys?

Here is my perspective
It comes down to using technology to be kinder to people that want to give us their views.
