I watched the movie Julie and Julia last night with my wife and realised that it is time for me to stop thinking and begin writing more regularily.

This week I am speaking at Innovate 2010 in Sydney. I plan to talk about how listening can drive innovation. I expect this week will end with a clearer understanding of whether listening belongs with marketer’s or researcher’s or somewhere in between. Not sure yet! So here goes with shorter more regular posts.
